Sign Superstore is committed to the new Australian privacy legislation in the way it collects, uses, secures and discloses personal information. The Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 requires companies to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). This document describes the Sign Superstore Privacy Policy.
The information we collectWe lawfully collect personal information that is necessary for our business to function. The information we collect and hold will depend upon the products and services you request from us and may include:
- Information you provide us when you purchase goods or services. This information will include your name, address and contact details.
- Information derived from communications between us and you.
The use of the facilities and services available through our website will determine the amount and type of information we collect. The only personal information we collect when you use our website is what you tell us about yourself, for example, by completing an online form when you request product information, or when you send us email we will record your mail address.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the purpose disclosed at the time of collection or otherwise as set out in this Privacy Statement. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorized or required by law. Generally we will only use and disclose your personal information:
- To establish and maintain your relationship as a customer of Sign Superstore
- To provide the products and services you have requested from Sign Superstore To administer and manage those products and services.
- To answer your inquiry.
- For direct marketing by email, specials on products or services you have shown interest in.
If we contact you in this way without obtaining your prior consent, we will provide you with the opportunity to decline any further marketing communications. If you at any time receive any communication from Sign Superstore which you would not like to receive, please contact us and we will remove your name from our mailing list.
Access to your personal information
In most cases, you can gain access to the personal information that Sign Superstore holds about you, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to check or amend your contact details, please contact us. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible.
Security
Sign Superstore will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to date.
Sign Superstore cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorized access or use of that information.

Terms & Conditions
All terms and conditions within apply to all services and products performed by Sign Superstore and all other subsidiaries of Aspect Sign Group Pty Ltd including but not limited to it’s agents and employees.
Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that these prices are correct at the time of writing and or publication, Sign Superstore reserve the right to adjust the prices in accordance with it’s current pricing structures at anytime and without notice.
Design, delivery charges, file downloading, and other related charges may incur additional charges unless otherwise stated or agreed to in writing.
We require a signed proof by a representative of the client of all artwork to be faxed or emailed to our office prior to any work commencing.
Whilst all care will be taken in checking the clients files for errors that may reduce the quality of the clients job, Sign Superstore accepts no responsibility for files that are not print ready.
Sign Superstore accepts no responsibility for colour variation and or representation for files that have not had a digital proof supplied by Sign Superstore.
Please note that through the full colour print process print colour may vary in shade from print to print. There are additional costs if exact colour matching is required and this may not be achievable on some of the product lines.
All artwork should be supplied with 10mm external bleeds to allow for trimming variances, all text and or fonts should be supplied and or converted to outlines, any images used should be embedded and or supplied and to ensure print quality should be 300dpi.
Sign Superstore will not be held responsible for any prints, products, services and or work that are delayed due to situations that are beyond it’s reasonable control and/or have been delayed by the actions of the client.
The client warrants and indemnifies Sign Superstore that it has copyright in or a licence to authorise the reproduction and or publication of all ‘Works’ including literary, dramatic, musical or other creative work supplied by it to Sign Superstore for the purposes of supplying the services and or products required to and by the client.
The client additionally licences Sign Superstore to use the works in it’s own promotional materials to depict the quality and or range of it’s services and or products unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Returns & Refunds
The client agrees to mark on the delivery docket and notify Sign Superstore of any deficiency in quantity of product delivered or transportation damage as at the time of delivery, immediately upon receipt. Acknowledgement of the delivery shall be deemed to be acceptance of the quantities as set out by the invoice and that the product has not suffered from transportation damage.
Sign Superstore will make good at its option by repair or replacement any articles sold by it which, within 1 month after delivery, are shown to the Company's satisfaction to have been, at the time of delivery, defective where such defect is solely attributable to defective workmanship, materials or manufacture provided that:
- Damage is noted on the delivery docket, and Sign Superstore is immediately notified of damage or defects upon detection; and
- No defect is caused by wilful damage, negligence, incorrect storage or application, incorrect use, movement, installation or assembly, after delivery, or defects caused by fair wear and tear; and
- If requested, the goods are returned to Sign Superstore within one month of the discovery of the defect.
